Use your tracking number to see the latest recorded status of your parcel.
Keep the tracking number provided when your parcel is booked. Open the Track Order page, enter the number and select Track.
The page shows the latest available status and recorded shipment updates. If the number cannot be found, check that it was entered correctly or contact our support team.
